By accessing and subscribing to the platform, you are agreeing to the refund and cancellation policy ("said policy") and are thereby bound by the said policy. Cueword is a product of Cue Learn Private Limited, known by its brand name Cuemath.
Cueword offers a pro-rata refund for all paid plans. Parents may discontinue the program at any time. Upon a valid refund request, the fee attributable to all remaining unused classes will be refunded. Refunds are calculated only on the basis of classes remaining at the time the discontinuation request is received. Attended, missed, expired or promotional/gifted classes are not refundable.
This policy applies to all Cueword plans all over the globe. Plans are priced on a per-class basis, and refunds are calculated using the applicable per-class price for the enrolled plan.
Parents may discontinue classes at any stage of the program. If the parent informs Cueword that they wish to discontinue, the value of the remaining unused paid classes, after deducting all classes already consumed and applicable non-refundable charges, will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Refund requests may be raised through the Cueword mobile application or Customer Care.
If a parent wishes to pause a student's classes, the parent must notify Cueword in writing. Cueword may, at its sole discretion, permit a one-time pause of up to twelve (12) calendar days ("Pause Period"). Upon expiry of the Pause Period, any scheduled classes not attended by the student shall be deemed missed classes.
Approved refunds will be processed in the source account through which the original payment was received by Cueword, and it will be refunded as per the applicable banking rules and regulations.
