Aarav's Cueword Report
Grade 5 · Sample report
- Aarav listens closely and recalls what he hears accurately. It's his strongest skill.
- When asked to retell a story in his own words, he keeps it short and disconnected. The ideas are there, and once he builds connected, descriptive speech, the rest will click faster.
- In reading, he usually finds the right answer but doesn't yet point to the line that proves it. That habit is the first thing Term 1 builds.
Questions about the evaluation
What is the Cueword evaluation?
A free, 50-minute, one-on-one session with a Cueword specialist for Grades 2–8, all enrolling now. It's a dialogue, not a test, covering all five skills, and you get a Cueword Report the same day.
Is the evaluation really free?
Yes. No credit card needed. Pick a slot, and your child meets a Cueword specialist one-on-one. The report is yours to keep.
Do I need to be there?
Yes, please. The first 10 minutes are a conversation with you about your child: what you're seeing, and what you'd like to change. The last 10 minutes walk you through what we found.
How is this different from a school English test?
It's a conversation, not a paper. A specialist hears your child speak, sees them read and write, and checks how they listen. That shows how well they communicate, not just what they memorized.
What happens after the evaluation?
You get the Cueword Report and a recommended plan the same day, and choose a plan if you'd like to start classes. Questions later? Write to hello@cueword.com.
What device do we need?
A laptop with a camera and a quiet space. Phones won't work.
Can I share the report with my child's teacher?
Yes. We email it to you as a PDF after the evaluation, the same day. It's yours to keep, so you can share it with anyone you like.
