How much does Cueword cost?
Classes are billed per term (26 classes over three months), with no annual lock-in. Grades 2–5 can choose Basic (40-minute classes, $20 a class, $520 a term) or Standard (55-minute classes, $25 a class, $650 a term). Grades 6–8 are on Standard. Prices are in USD.
Is Cueword worth it?
Live classes are one-on-one, and one-on-one teaching works: educational research found that children taught one-on-one outperformed about 98% of classroom-taught peers (Bloom, 1984). You also see the progress yourself: a class summary after every class, two parent-coach meetings a term, and a live Showcase and two term reports each term.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay only for the classes. Live Classes are billed per term, with no annual lock-in.
Does the price depend on my child's needs?
No, only on the plan you pick. Families in Canada, the UK, Europe, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Oman pay a set price in their local currency, shared with your plan after the free evaluation.
Are there any discounts or promotions?
After the free evaluation, our admissions counselor walks you through your plan, including any offers or referral bonuses available to you.
How do I enroll my child?
Tap 'Get Started' and pick a slot for a free 50-minute Cueword evaluation, a one-on-one conversation, not a test. You get the Cueword Report the same day, then choose your plan.
Can my child join any time of the year?
Yes, any time of the year. Grades 2–8 are all enrolling now.
What if we don't like the classes?
Billing is per term, with no annual lock-in. Stop any time. We refund the unused classes left in your term. Read the Refund Policy
What happens if my child misses a class?
Plan ahead and it isn't lost: cancel the class in the Cueword Parent app at least 12 hours before it starts, or message your coach there to move it to another time before it starts. A class missed without cancelling or moving it counts as used.
What devices do we need?
A laptop with a camera and a quiet space. Phones won't work.
